- Renewal from the second year onward is optional and will be quoted separately if required.

We understand that the support plan generally covers:

- Minor website adjustments
- Plugin or system-related checks and updates where applicable
- Basic investigation of website-related issues

We understand that the support plan does not include:
- Major redesign or revamp work
- New features or modules
- New pages or major content updates
- Additional work outside the original scope
